Step 1. Give us the details on each type of patch. Only the quantity, size/shape/edge are required, as the rest of the information may not apply to your particular patch.

Step 2. If you have an image, send it to us in a SEPARATE email - there is no upload box in our cart.  At the end of the checkout you will receive an automated email which will have your name and an order number. You can reply to that email and attach any image you need to send to us.

Step 3. We will email a proof to you before we make your product or charge your credit card. Watch your email for the proof and be sure to approve it promptly, or tell us what changes you want us to make.

We are very proud of our patches and make thousands every year. However, sometimes customers miss that the name/words/logo are permanently DYED into the patch and not embroidered. If you are not sure what we mean, please read about our patches.

SPECIAL ORDER PATCHES
Non-Edged

Order non-edged, no-fray permanently dyed patch fabric with no minimums. Edge is NOT stitched. Any shape or size within our maximum of 12" x 18". Sew or glue on.

Edged Patches - "Regular" Shapes and Outside Curves Only

Patches with "regular" shapes and only outside curves can be edged. Minimum order is normally 6 patches and allow 10-14 days. For 1-2 patches that could be 14-20 days, + $3 over special order price. For 3-5 patches, same timeframe, + $2 over special order price.

SPECIAL ORDER PATCHES
Edged Patches - "Irregular" Shapes and With Inside Curves

Patches with "irregular" shapes and even just one inside curve can perhaps be edged. We will be in touch if the mill advises it is not possible, and although we gather your order and payment information here, we do not charge your card until everything is agreed upon and we are ready for production. Minimum order is 25 patches, mill fee is $40, and allow 10-14 days.

Remember that a better option might be the non-edged patches above, which have no minimum or mill fee or delay.
