Need a custom shape or size patch?

For patches with stitched edges, we are limited to the shapes and sizes we can get from the mill. But with our non-edged patches which do not fray, we can make patches in any shape or size, with no minimum order.

The patches do not fray, and they cut easily and cleanly with a pair of scissors. We can send you a sheet of printed patch fabric for you to cut, or for a small fee we will cut them out for you.

Now we also offer laser-cut patches, for the ultimate in exact shapes. The edges still do not fray, and with the laser cut they have an extra seal around the edges.

We recommend you glue or sew these patches on. We do stock sheets of heat seal patch fabric, but heat seal is not the same as iron-on. Heat seal requires a commercial heat press and it is the only kind of adhesive backing we can get. Perhaps on very small patches you can apply enough heat and pressure with a home iron to affix your non-edged patches, but we don't recommend it unless you have access to a commercial heat press.

Sometimes our non-edged patches are the only way you can get the patch you want in a small quantity. Rest assured that at 3 feet away from you, people will not know your patches do not have a pre-sewn edge.
