We recommend you first check our Leftover List to see if you can find patches we have on hand, no minimum order.

If these don't suit, then we probably can get what you need. You have two options.

1. Non-edged patches in any shape or size up to 12" x 17".

Same price as our regular patches
Up to 12 square inches are standard size, over 12 square inches are oversize
No minimum
No delay
No extra charge if you cut them out
Professional cutting available
Patches do not fray and cut easily with a pair of scissors
Can dye a border onto the patch if desired
Frequently used for special shapes of shields
 
2. Edged patches in any shape or size

Up to 12 square inches are standard size, over 12 square inches are oversize
Allow at least 10 days, more for small orders
a. "Regular" shapes with only convex outer-turn shapes
    Standard size:
    1 is +$5 = $14.75    2 are +$5 = $12.50   3-5 are +$4 = $11.50   6+ are +$2

    Oversized:
     1 is +$5 = $20    2 are +$5 = $18   3-5 are +$4 = $17   6+ are +$3
   
b. "Unusual" shapes with some concave shapes + $5 over regular prices and $40 mill fee, 25-piece minimum (uncommon for this to be ordered - people usually place the design inside another regular shape such as circle or rectangle, or they go with non-edged patches)

Subject to approval by our mill - some shapes simply cannot be edged
Here is an example of a patch which cannot be merrowed so it would fall into the "unusual" shape category of 2b.
